One or multiple valid government IDs are required for the notary and verification process.

Although we can notarize or commission any document, we do not notarize death and birth certificates, any form of real estate documents, translate documents or give any legal advice as part of this service. For any notarization for an institution outside of Ontario, clients should first confirm if the receiving institution will accept an Ontario notarization.

The number of witnesses will depend on the type of document. For example, POAs and Wills usually require two or more witnesses.

In the case that another witness is needed and you are unable to bring them, it is possible to arrange one with us for an extra fee.
